¶ Introduction
Jutet was the result of the convergence of two transportation lines through the Dayo Empire, a main East/West of old renown and a newer Northern line. Some enterprising Dayans made a stake claim there, and thus began a town to help supply the expansion of the southern border of the Dayo empire into the vast forests of the south.

¶ Community Build
Jutet is the site of a community build project in the Dayo Empire. This building activity started 3/21/25 and will remain open for the foreseeable future.
¶ Theme
Nestled in a spruce forest taiga, Jutet is a cozy community built from dark wood and cobblestone. Think old American west, remote resort or idyllic retreat.
¶ Rules
- Build a house, build a shop, help decorate the town. Keep to the theme, and try to use local materials with exotic accents. Collaborate with other builders and work on the town itself. Anywhere inside the cobblestone boundary is considered part of Jutet.
- Leave the terrain as intact as possible, especially stone. Build along counters and on top where possible. This is a guideline to preserve the overall feel of the area.
- Do not destroy any of the 8 stone brick pillars in town. These are remnants of an old civilization that used to live in Jutet.
- Do not remove or change any road that is 7 blocks wide - that is part of the Royal Highway!
- Plots and partially built houses are up for grabs unless there is a claim sign on them.
The goal: Create a liveable, bustling town nestled in the wooded taiga hills!
