¶ The Dayo Road
The Royal Highway has had many names over the centuries, but the one it is best known for is "The Dayo Road". Connecting the Dayo Empire from farthest reach, the project to build the road system was the grandest undertaking made to date.

The first Phase of the Royal Highway started as a project to link Eben Cair to Kainlan Wirth with a road that followed the land. It was started years ago, but finally came to an action phase in 2020. Since then, Phase 1 expanded and the goal was simple - to link Central to Twixxi's Museum by the highway.

¶ Road Specs
The Royal Highway is designed to be a walkable and horse rideable alternative yo the Rail System of Laurasia. As such there are specifics grading and curving benchmarks to be met while constructing.
Basic Construction: The Royal Highway is a 7 wide road overall. The edges are full Smooth Stone blocks, with 5 Stone Slabs placed on the bottom half between the two.
Grade: The grade of the Highway is 2 long slabs. This means that any time the road goes up an incline, it must ascend at a rate of 4 blocks for each rise in altitude.
